Terms of Use

This site is for learning about Superchido, viewing menus, booking a table, buying gift cards, sending an enquiry, and signing up for news. Menus, prices, opening hours, and availability are a guide and can change.

Please use the site in a fair, lawful way. Do not try to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, or misuse our forms.

Tables at Seddon are reserved through NowBookIt. A request is not confirmed until the booking system accepts it. Please arrive on time, or let us know if your plans change. We may decline or cancel a booking we cannot reasonably honour, or that looks abusive.

Contact and events forms are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Our team will reply as soon as we can. Group bookings, catering, and celebrations may have extra conditions we confirm with you in writing.

Docklands bookings will open with that venue. Until then, book Seddon for dinner on Charles Street.

We want you to have a good night. Please treat our team and other guests with respect. We may refuse service, ask a guest to leave, or decline a booking where safety, house rules, or the law require it.

Seating times, menu items, and the room layout can vary with the night. We will do our best to look after special occasions when you tell us in advance.

Please tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book and again when you arrive, so the kitchen can take care. We handle ingredients with care, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen or a medical outcome.

Deciding what is safe for you to eat or drink is your responsibility. Nothing on this website is medical or dietary advice.

Superchido is a licensed venue. Alcohol is served under Victorian responsible-service-of-alcohol (RSA) rules. You must be 18 or over to be served alcohol. We may ask for ID, and we may refuse service. Enjoy yourself, and drink responsibly.

Weekly offers and promotions have their own short terms on the Offers page. Unless we say otherwise, offers are dine-in, may require QR ordering, cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers, and RSA applies to drinks offers.

Gift cards are issued through NowBookIt and can be redeemed at Superchido. NowBookIt's gift-card terms also apply. Please look after gift cards as you would cash.

We sometimes photograph or film the dining room for our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell a staff member and we will do our best to keep you out of shot.

Please do not copy our photos, menus, branding, or written copy for your own commercial use without asking us first.

The look, words, photos, and menus on this site belong to Superchido or to people who have licensed them to us. You may view them for personal use. You may not republish them as your own.

Links to NowBookIt, Google Maps, OrderUp, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and social platforms are there so you can book, find us, order, or follow along. When you leave our site, their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for those services.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Superchido is not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable from using this website, or for the acts of third-party platforms we do not control.

We may update these terms as the restaurant or the website changes. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
